OPENING OF OUR NEW CENTRAL KITCHEN

Hey! It’s party time! We’re proud to announce the official opening of Dim Sum Emperors’ Head Quarters cum Central Kitchen.


With the Monks’ Blessing ceremony earlier today, our Administrative and Production functions are now under one roof.


Ideally located for production and distribution throughout the city, this new 250m2 modern Central Production facility comes with state-of-the-art equipment to improve efficiency and product quality.


Featuring hot kitchens, a HACCP production line, a blast freezing system, packaging, and frozen and chilled transportation facilities, the Dim Sun Emperors’ Central Kitchen is equipped to handle production requests from small businesses to our high volume outlets and B2B businesses.


With a total investment of over US$300,000, a 40% additional local manpower, and new recruitment of highly skilled Chefs from overseas, the Dim Sum Emperors’ Central Kitchen can prepare over 10,000 meals per day at full capacity.


To ensure continued high team spirit and success, our new production facility will provide better working conditions for employees as well as improved food handling processes.


Our combined HQ and Central Kitchen aim is to provide the best possible food in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
